I have a few of the other journals in digital form but I have a printed version of this one and it sits not too far from my bedside. This is one of about 5 books that have been really transformative for me in my spiritual journey and ones that I’ll re-read year after year. The tools are invaluable too, for example, I’ve used the one for understanding my dreams so much in journaling; so simple but really effective. Luna and Sol, know that you have made a difference in my life, and from the looks f the comments, lots of other people’s too. I loved this book! I have been on my spiritual journey for some years and it showed me that i am not alone, that all what i am going through it’s not crazy, that there is nothing wrong with me, in the contrary! The book is deep and yet very easy to read. It goes right to the point. It gave me strength to continue. Such a surprise for me were the recommended books! They introduce some great techniques (focusing, dream work, active imagination) which i discovered before this book, but i was struggling to implement it. The books you recommended make it so much easier. Thank you so much for your work!

It is difficult for me to comprehend how such relatively young people have composed such a mature and prodigious work.

I am astonished at the depth of both thought and research which characterizes this book. Although epic in subject, the clarity of the writing and structure ensure its accessibility and appeal to those unfamiliar with the content. Yes, a review should be in totality. But I just had to stop and say a few chapters in and I’m ALREADY hooked. This book is truly an “eye opener” moving from being an SDA to a spiritual being isn’t easy but this book has given me a deeper insight to me an life!!!

This book is incredibly accurate, well written, and with so many precious informations. I am not a woman of many words and I usually don’t write reviews but I will this time because your book was a lifesaver. It is written in such a down to earth and compassionate manner and helped me in ways and at a time I can’t even begin to describe. When my mind is so scrambled I can hardly stay focused on my most basic needs, trying to read is almost impossible. You have put this information in a clear and easy to understand format. I have learned so much from this book. I had a very long night of the soul (15 years).

I was ignoring the signs from the universe. I literally became terrified of the #3 because it was popping up everywhere (333 especially)!

I suffer from fibromyalgia and all the opiates I was being given for over 10 yrs didn’t help. My doctor dared to call me an addict. It was the best thing he did!

I went through the painful process of detoxing at home and now the only time I experience a flare is when I’m dealing with something very emotional.

I’ve had several spiritual crises and have experienced many things that would put me in a psych ward if it wasn’t for your explanations along with having someone who is spiritual and knows me well enough to know I’m not going crazy.

One of the best things I’ve found is Inner Child Work. Along with the Shadow Work Journal it has helped me remember things I have blocked from a young age!

You’re right, it’s not an easy process but I’ve always believed anything worth having doesn’t come easy.

Such a beautiful book, very well written. It takes you through this sometimes difficult journey of life with empathy and understanding to find and discover who you really are. I highly recommend this book to everyone, but especially to those beautiful and quiet souls who feel they need soul guidance but also the practical tools as well. Outstanding book that displays genuine wisdom and spiritual awareness. They describe the journey of our lifetime both elegantly and practically. Luna and Sol may be young but they are unquestionably very old souls !

Excellent Book! I would give it more stars if I could suffice to say, Luna and Sol have taken time and put a lot of effort into their writing and I have gained a lot of understanding from the contents. I especially liked the section on Shadow work, although I have finished the book I am reading it again.

The Spiritual Awakening Process was VERY HELPFUL TO ME. This book resonated so deeply with everything that’s been happening to me on this journey. It was really helpful to understand much of this as a process rather than questioning my sanity.
