This is a most remarkable book. I have read much on the subject of empaths but this book gets right to the heart of what it’s like to be one. Even though I thought I was adequately protecting my energies, I still felt frequently drained. The description of energy vampires and narcissists cut right to the heart of what was going on. The book has helped me to recognize more readily the people who were draining my energy and gave me the tools of protection.

I feel that my personal growth has accelerated exponentially since reading the wise words of Luna and Sol.

A ‘must read’ for everyone that is aware of his/her sensitivity! I really loved this booking. While reading I felt like I wanted to start over again straightaway after finishing it. So many good stuff and you feel that there is more to discover as soon as you start over again. Even though it’s not a novel, but more of a manual for empaths, I could not put it away. I felt seen and ‘I’m not the only one who feels like this’ while reading and familiarizing with what it entails to be an empath. I didn’t know that a lot of things I experience in life are due to the fact that I’m an empath. An eye opening, very informing, well put together book that you HAVE TO read when you’re a sensitive person and would like to feel empowered by your sensitivity instead of it feeling like a burden.

Amazing book !!!! It totally changed my life in showing why I felt this way all my life and thought there was something wrong with me. Thank you for the awakening.

After reading this book ( still busy with it) i have never felt so understood. I finally have an explanation why i am the way i am. Why i feel so much, why i do to much.

What a great read – helps with clarity of what is happening with yourself. I love that I can go back and reread in case I missed something the first time.

Dear Sol and Luna, I have been following you for a few years now – and I can say that your articles and eBooks have been of great help to navigate my personal journey. I have never considered myself as an empath but lately I have been resonating with it a lot – mostly due to a mystical experience I experienced a couple of years ago that had shaken me upside down. So yes, your eBook was and still is of great help in understanding what happens with myself, and not solely from a spiritual point of view but also from a psychological and biological – that is what I really like about all your articles, you aways encompass all aspects, and that leaves no room for by-passing. Thank you guys for all your work, it is a great source of help and sense of validating our thoughts and struggles during unknown paths. Thanks! 🙂

I’m halfway through the book and I’m loving it. The approach is very down to earth, the content is varied (showing different perspectives), it’s legit and it really resonates with me. Plus there are a lot of useful advice and I never felt the book was trying to convince me or persuade about anything. Being a lonewolf follower for quite a while (both the website and social media) this all comes as no surprise. Keep up the good work, guys! 🙂

The Awakened Empath is truly the ultimate guide that I am forever indebted to. It is like this book was written for me and I can relate to it on so many levels. Was lucky to stumble on the lone wolf website and found a wealth of information on the spiritual path. The awakened empath should be considered a must read for anyone discovering they are an empath or wants more information on what an empath is.

Amazing. Helped me understand what happens to me and why

Awakened Empath came to me at the exact moment it was supposed to come! I had left a job because they couldn’t give me the hours I needed. I LOVED the job, too. I took a position that I was sure I’d love. I did like the work. It used all of my qualifications. But the person I was working for was an energy vampire! I lasted three months. My body began to fail. Then Awakened Empath showed up in my email. I realized that I had to quit, which would through my financially, likely. But when I walked out of the office that day, I KNEW I’d done the right thing. 10 days later my former employer called me back! I returned to the job I loved. This book made that transition so much easier.

Insightful and helpful

I have only glanced through The Awakened Empath, reading bits here and there; I am presently challenged to take in much information at a time so I know I intend to go back and read it in a more respectful and dedicated way. I have followed Luna and Mateo for some time now and love the way they write, and the incredible detail which they generously share. At first glance, The Awakened Empath has not disappointed. So much resonates and already I have been able to move beyond just identifying the empath in me to practical steps to live with it. This is not just an excellent read, it is an incredibly deep and beautiful workbook which leads you gracefully into action.

I found this book while I was looking up information on why I’ve been so drained and depressed lately, bought your book bundle for the shadow and inner child journals but felt drawn to read this one. I had never known empaths were a thing, my whole family have the precognitive empath gifts and we just thought it was a genetic thing growing up. I never understood why I was always exhausted or had to sleep so much all the time, why I hated parties and funerals and cemeteries! One night, I read this book cover to cover, couldn’t put it down. It was like reading my own life story. My primary gift is precogizance but I seem to be a bit of everything with a horrifically large range. I can feel electrical fields up to 30m radius (from machines, humans, plants and animals). These gifts were killing me. I can tell when my mentally ill friends are suicidal even though they live on the other side of the city.. I didn’t have an off switch or a way to cope because I didn’t know empaths existed. Thank you so, so much for giving me freedom from myself and everyone else >.< I think my life is going to change in a really good way.

At the moment I am still reading the book,and finding the contents of information is well presented and is easily understood and great insight .I also like taking the time to reflect on each chapter and if needed to go back and re read .
