Shadow & Light Membership Reviews

The Shadow & Light Guidance Program that Aletheia and Mateo offer has exceeded my expectations. My graduate degrees are in Psychology & Counseling Psychology which I practiced for ten years after which I incorporated metaphysical knowledge, techniques and energy healing after getting another grad. degree in that. I’ve been a practitioner for twenty years beyond the ten years mentioned in the last sentence.

I mention all this only to emphasize the fact that if you prefer profound self-discovery tools, deep dives into understanding yourself and want to feel better then Lonerwolf website is for you. No matter what you might be experiencing in life, here with the help of two extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, generous and wise souls i.e., Aletheia and Mateo, I have no doubt in my mind you will find something in their writings and in the programs they offer, something that will positively shift your energy, alter your self-perception and help you to find soul-utions to challenges you might be currently facing. Which brings me to my own reason for joining the Shadow & Light membership. After only a few weeks of having become a member, I am more self-aware; my acceptance of present-moment living has dramatically shifted and increased; I FEEL like my ‘Self’ again – joyful, confident, and more importantly, supported and ‘heard’ . I look forward to the weekly Sunday email of guidance that’s part of the membership as well I look forward to the weekly guidance that’s separate from the membership, and in each of these emails I have found extremely helpful guidance, and become aware of meaningful realizations within myself.

To realize how vast and multifaceted their work is in terms of helping others, one needs only to browse throught ALL their writings here in their website that they offer free with a generosity of heart and integrity that is difficult to find in today’s world. I am extremely grateful to Aletheia and Mateo and so happy I followed my inner guidance to join the Light & Shadow membership. I’ve also purchased their books in pdf format such as ‘The Spiritual Awakening Process’, ‘Old Soul: The Sages and Mystics of Our World’, ‘Old Souls Journal: Integrating Your Soul’s Wisdom just to name three. All their books and journals are indepth and the hard work that went into creating them is evident from reading the books and working on the journals.

I didn’t realize I’ve written so much above when I wanted to keep it short. These are my thoughts and sentiment and they come from my heart. 🙂 Thank you Aletheia and Mateo for all your hard work and guidance!!! I am so glad you are in my life. As Mr. Spoke would say, “Live Long & Prosper.

What a wonderful inbox mail to open up. I love your carefully edited, well written and loving posts. The other day it was on ‘Reaction and Response’. I have been thinking on that for the last few days and find I am catching myself in one or the other of these two ways to be in any given situation. This is such a special site. I discovered Lonerwolf 10 years ago and have loved every newsletter, every ebook, every reading I have gotten. The two of them are insightful and compassionate and available to converse with. I was born Christian, lean Buddhist, but find their wisdom and advise to be in alliance with my meditation practice. Wherever you come from you are welcomed here.

I have been a member of Shadow and Light for only a short time; however, it has had a profoundly positive effect on my life. I look forward to the guidance each week, as it brings a sense of serenity amidst a world of chaos. Aletheia and Mateo, I cannot thank you enough.

Where to begin? Connecting to Luna and Sol has been one of the most rewarding experiences that I can remember. I am blown away from their knowledge, empathy and wisdom, they have been so welcoming and made me feel right at home.

I recently joined the membership and I’m so glad I did. These two are beyond amazing and I can’t be more thrilled that they are on my recovery journey. I have also just purchased the “Inner Child Journal” as well as the “Shadow Work Journal” and I’m very excited to begin this recovery process. Luna and Sol have been a repository of useful, practical, no nonsense spiritual advice thatvis grounded in practicality. They helped me through a very dark time in my life and I’m glad I support then in the small way I do.

so in the last 6 months l turned 61, resigned from 2 jobs, lost contact with work colleagues and friends, lost my relationship, lost my mum and brother, my kids and l are close but they have moved away – and – this is the most exciting time of my life!! I have a shit tonne of work to do…shadow work, emotional turbulence….all the snotty, gut wrenching stuff dismantling the walls so persistently and determinedly erected….processing the whys and wherefores…and that is where l got stuck…what questions to ask myself? what things do l focus on? How to proceed? …and that is when Loner Wolf tuned up. Aletheia and Mateo have done an awesome job creating a structure to work with. The guidance and care offered is inspiring and self paced so l can take the time l need to process the emotions l am feeling. I really hate saying this but I am a little disappointed. I hope u will appreciate my honesty and not be angry. I guess I expected the guidance to have a litte bit of fun. I understand self growth is not always unicorns and fairies. I just want my learning experience to be more attention grabbing. I do love your willingness to be helpful. You seem like loving people that have the best intentions.

The work of this amazing couple first showed up in my life at a very dark period of loss without me looking for it. The free weekly newsletters got me through a tough financial time, too! Their generosity of spirit when I needed it helped me to a space where I could donate a little and now join shadow and light, which, as with all their work, resonates with me at all times, validates core ideas and beliefs, which are out of the main stream where I live, and when I need it the most built my self acceptance and has grown my self worth in the face of other’s adversity. This healing work is exceptional, and at an affordable cost, and is not at all exploitative or self serving financially. I feel very blessed to have found them 🙏🏼💕

Lonerwolf and eventually getting the membership has showed me how to be curious and inquisitive in response to overwhelming loss and trauma. I exchanged a subscription for cleaning materials in the home, for a subscription for Shadow & Light ,the deeper meaning for me is,instead of cleansing my outer home i now cleanse my inner home which is much more valuable ,so within ,so without .I love receiving my guidance on Sundays,it really allows me to get in touch with the parts that need healing .
