I feel like it saved me. I was thrown into the dark night of the soul a year ago, probably been on the path for a few years already. BUT this was different, like waking up in darkness, emptiness and numbness. This journal I feel saved my life. I had no purpose, no reason for being here I felt. I “accidentally” found your blog about The Dark Night of the Soul and I just knew it was me. So I bought the journal and followed it – and I really do think this was the foundation build for where I am today.

Me and my brother started with the Inner Child then continued on with the Self Love Journal. We are almost finished with the Shadow Journal. We have worked on all 3 together as we had grown up in a very toxic environment and can relate to each other’s unresolved issues. These books have been truly life changing. Alot of “aha” moments. We discuss after every entry and help each other figure out things that we feel might be blocking us. It won’t fix everything, you have to put in the work even after you have completed the workbooks, but it has helped us on our spiritual and healing journey tremendously. We view ourselves in a different light now and have learned to love ourselves and rid ourselves of the toxicity and self-loathing. We are still a work in progress, but this has been a major part of our “toolbox” for growth and forgiveness. Thank you so much for spreading your wisdom and guidance to so many people. We now have empathy and compassion for those who are angry or lost. We often say “I wonder what’s going on with their inner child”

The Inner Work Bundle Journals have such beautiful illustrations and journalling prompts that really get you to dive in deep into healing, profound insights and epiphanies. I find since I started working on these Journals, they have given me much healing, rediscovering my voice which was lost to abuse and the inspiration and drive to be who I came to the planet to be. Also I have found myself smiling more at everybody on the street, having more compassion for myself and others as a huge wake up call to do more to help others through kindness and a helping hand whilst respecting my own boundaries. My only thing is I wished I had bought this bundle sooner as it is just an incredible way to freedom, happiness, acceptance and helping build a better world.
