Awakening empathy: Takes the subject and adds practical insight into a thinly-discussed concept. The authors validate the empath and validate their struggles in an apathetic world. The authors touch upon the similarities between love and pity; an intriguing insight, and the empath-narcissist connection. I loved the idea of a Needs list because I have never asked myself what my needs actually are. The section on biocommunication was absolutely fascinating.
The mistaken belief/core belief section was the best-written section and the most useful. I really loved the idea of “honest” affirmations; the authors understand writing empty affirmations we don’t believe is crucial inner healing; rather honest, personally-relatable affirmations have a huge impact. And blending honest affirmations with Socratic questions is brilliant and alone worth the price of the course. The course is packed with lots of practical information. I am using all of the course information to craft my personally tailored spiritual awakening plan and the course information has been invaluable in creating and sculpting my personal journey.
While all the prompting journals are good, the shadow work journal is particularly excellent. As with all the journals, the prompts are particularly good. For those of you who use ChatGPT, entering some of the journal prompts into ChatGPT about you can offer some truly unique insights.
