  1. Thank you for the memories. Gopi Krishna, I remember those days of holding his book as my first kundalini experience took me over. Now in this day and time I am at a deeper level of soul retrieval and ancient memories are abound.

    Surrounded by native american spirits the sacred land I travel to in the area are becoming stronger.

    My new animal totem is the armadillo, what a master piece of perfection up close. As this animal can roll itself into a round ball for protection with his worrier armor around him I am doing so at home.

  2. After undergoing my own kundalini awakening 3.5 years, I am happy to find resources like this to help me navigate so as not to feel completely without some perspective. I have found my inner compass has guided me quite well along with process thus far and it has been rather gentle unlike some experiences I have read. I was also happy to see some affirmation that spontaneous unusual phenomena is actually quite usual with this new energy.

I’m still on my loneeolf journey, I could relate to most of the points you made, and the caption from the book, is exactly how I’m feeling, everyday at the moment, it’s very scary knowing sometimes I want to go to sleep and never awaken again. My little dog is the only thing that’s makes me show up everyday to this my life.
