Me and my brother started with the Inner Child then continued on with the Self Love Journal. We are almost finished with the Shadow Journal. We have worked on all 3 together as we had grown up in a very toxic environment and can relate to each other’s unresolved issues. These books have been truly life changing. Alot of “aha” moments. We discuss after every entry and help each other figure out things that we feel might be blocking us. It won’t fix everything, you have to put in the work even after you have completed the workbooks, but it has helped us on our spiritual and healing journey tremendously. We view ourselves in a different light now and have learned to love ourselves and rid ourselves of the toxicity and self-loathing. We are still a work in progress, but this has been a major part of our “toolbox” for growth and forgiveness. Thank you so much for spreading your wisdom and guidance to so many people. We now have empathy and compassion for those who are angry or lost. We often say “I wonder what’s going on with their inner child”

I felt something was blocking me but just couldn’t find any explanation until I came across your website and the article about “Shadow Work “. I thought I had got over the negative issues I had experienced as a child but reading this article made me realize I had buried the memories and that they were still there deep inside me. I purchased the shadow work journal and started on it straight away. I was totally unaware of the shadows I had been carrying around all these years. Now I am well on my way, but not finished yet and already, not only do I feel a lot better but everything in and around me is changing for the better, I feel reborn, totally guided and cared for. Rediscovering and taking loving care of my inner child has also made a big difference to the way I feel. Thanks to your advice, clear and down to earth explanation, kind hearted words I feel I am now starting a complete new chapter in my life and the coincidences just don’t stop.
